"I am 34 years old and have taken vitamins off and on my entire life. And for almost two years taken prenatal vitamins for each pregnancy; but I have never taken a vitamin that makes you feel like "you had taken your vitamins for the day ", until now. People say, well you have to give it a few months of taking vitamins before you really start feeling the effects of them- they need to build up in your body, etc,...I never did feel anything.
I may or may not have noticed any reactions with these vitamins for the first week of taking them because I am so busy and did not remember to take them each day, but on the second week, each time I took them I would feel more energetic, especially at the end of the day- which is important when you have a 2 year old and a 16 yr old to keep up with after work; I actually could feel the vitamins "kicking in " with in hours of taking them! I actually felt like I had taken my vitamins. I could not believe it, I felt more assertive, alert, stronger and energetic with having 3-4 hours of sleep some nights. But I did not really realize how much better I was feeling until I forgot to take them, and I didn't have that added energy. My mom is a health nut and always on me to "take my vitamins ", so now her and I are splitting the next order, I wanted her to try them so see if they affect her in the same ways they have for me. The small packets the vitamins are in, are great for me - convenient, don't have time to take them at home, pop the packet in a purse or bag and bring it with you.
I am a skeptic though, especially since I had got them from the internet. So when I ran out, I thought I better do some research on this product, it may not be good for me, I feel too good after taking them - there must be something bad or something wrong in these. But what I found is that there wasn't any thing bad at all, I looked up all the names of the different ingredients listed as vitamins and minerals, and everything was a positive, no caffeine, or "speed" of any sort.

Through my research, I also found what it was that makes these vitamins work. His formulation of making the vitamins absorb into the body's cells. Most vitamins don't absorb in the body at all let alone the actual cells!
